Machining
We have machined some of the most Critical Components in the engineering sector. Our high-tech CNC workshop with over 15 CNC machines offers custom-made engineering parts as per customer's drawings and specifications. We machine up to 200mm in diameter and length up to 200mm. We undertake Ultra-Precision Turning within 5 microns in a continuous process.
Our workshop is equipped with modern facilities, machinery, inspection equipment, and skilled manpower to meet the stringent quality requirements of the engineering industry.

Materials
With the ability to machine difficult materials, we have experience working across a variety of ASTM/ASME standard grades like Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel, PVC, Investment Castings and Forgings, Carbon Steel, Alloy steels, Brass & Bronze, Aluminium, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium and some industrial plastics like Teflon, PA6, and polymers.
Raw material traceability is maintained throughout the product.
Sourcing
Lublok Valves & Fittings has developed strong suppliers base for procurement of investments casting and forgings. We also outsource a variety of surface treatment processes like Heat treatment, Anodizing, Passivation, Chrome, Nickel, Zinc and Silver plating.
Due to our strategic partnerships developed over decades of business, we are able to outsource these processes successfully at a short lead time and competitive costing.
